As Coachbit evolved, we focused on features that supported habit formation, daily planning, and feedback loops. Key features included:
Morning and evening routines: We designed structured daily routines to help students build consistency around essential tasks. Light gamification reinforced completion and progress without distracting from the core behaviour.
Calendar view for homework and activities: A calendar-based layout gave students a clear overview of academic and extracurricular commitments, reducing cognitive load and reliance on external tools.
In-app surveys for ongoing feedback: We introduced lightweight in-app surveys to collect feedback from students, parents, and coaches, allowing us to validate assumptions and adjust features based on real usage.
